General Overview

Dixie Canyon Avenue School is a K-5 public elementary school located in beautiful Sherman Oaks, California in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. 

The School is a member of the Los Angeles Unified School District.

With continued improvement and great pride, the School has an API (Academic Performance Index) of 883 (2009) and an increase from 859 in 2008. School designations include School for Advanced Studies (S.A.S.)
