Set aside your preconceived ideas about fundraising and think about exactly what we will be offering
our children by the fruit of our labor. "I already labor a lot," you may say. We are right there with you,
but keep an open mind and find which of the various ways to contribute work for you.
Many Dixie Parents and members of the Dixie Community ask "What can I do to help?"
There are many ways to give of your time, talent, or resources.
No matter what your time or money situation is, every parent can get involved in
fundraising for Dixie Canyon Kids --it will all help to improve Dixie Canyon education!

The money Automatically goes into the Dixie Canyon PTA account (minus a .33cent per dollar fee).
Dixie Canyon PTA (non-profit 501-3) requests that each family donate $33.33 per month or $400 a year (tax-deductible) per child
which will directly fund Art, Drama, Phys. Ed, Computer, Campus Beautification and Library programs which are not paid for by the
school district. We will lose these programs without parent support! Every child benefits from these programs and therefore we ask
for 100% participation! THANK-YOU!

Join PTA for Dixie This is your chance to have a voice in how money is raised at your school and how it is spent. You need to join to vote, and we need your voice. PTA for Dixie membership envelopes will be sent home in early September. Don't forget to fill it out and send it back to school! You may also Contact Simona Aranda, Vice President, Membership and Volunteers. Annual membership is open to all family, friends and neighbors and costs only $10.00 a year per person (two people for $15). Your support will bring us closer to accomplishing our goals. |

Attend RESTAURANT NIGHTS The sponsoring restaurant will donate 15% of your lunch or dinner bill to Dixie Canyon when you dine on the designated day. Just bring the restaurant night flyer that your student brings home from school and tell them you're from Dixie. |

Join Target's Take Charge of Education program As with scrip, 100% of the proceeds we receive go directly to the classroom teachers. Simply shop at Target with your Target card, and Dixie automatically gets a share of the proceeds! Call Target Customer Services at 1-888-755-5856 and tell them you want to sign up for their Take Charge of Education program so you can support your child's school. |

Register your Ralphs Club number with Dixie Canyon as the NPO #84643 When you register your RalphsClub card with Dixie Canyon, 4% of all your purchases at Ralphs grocery stores will benefit the teachers of Dixie Canyon AUTOMATICALLY every time you swipe your RalphsClub card. Go to ralphs.com - Community Contribution - Participant, or click here and enter 84643 as the NPO number & your Ralphs Club Card number, then your name (first and last), address, phone number and you will be automatically registered for the program. Shop for a Cause - Sept 1 thru Jan. 31, at Fashion Square Westfield's Fashion Square Mall is running a contest between September and January 31. Dixie gets points for every dollar you spend in the stores and restaurants of the mall. To participate and support Dixie, simply take your receipts from any store or restaurant in the mall to the information desk on the first floor, show them your receipts and tell them you're with Dixie Canyon. They will stamp your receipts and credit Dixie. You can also get your receipts stamped by leaving them in the Westfield receipts box in the front office. Also, purchase a gift card and Dixie gets $500 points!!! |

Participate in BoxTops for Education Earn Cash for Dixie with BoxTops for Education! Keep clipping along the dotted lines. Each one is worth .10 cents for Dixie Canyon PTA. Drop Off in BOXTOPS BOX CONTAINER located in the Main Office. We'll send them to General Mills & they'll send us a check worth .10 cents for every boxtop! First, go to BoxTops4Education and sign up for the BoxTops Booster Club, which earns PTA .50 for each entry. Next, collect your General Mills boxtops and return them to school in the BOXTOPS COLLECTION BOX in the front office. PTA for Dixie will do the rest. |
